Our story!

We developed Weaverminds for internal use, as we needed to quickly appraise candidates technical capability and fast track the shortlisting, hiring and probationary stages of our on-boarding process.

We also needed to be able to measure and track employees skills as they grow and develop within the organization, identifying strengths and highlighting upskill requirements as needed.

Our Weaverminds platform has helped us streamline our hiring and training process, and helped us avoid the need for hundreds of lengthy interviews with unproven candidates, who do not yet have the basic knowledge/ hard skills or aptitude for us to develop further. We made talent acquisition and achieving functional goals easier, more organized and efficient. We want to do the same for our clients.
